Myofascial Release therapy (also known as Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy) is an effective

hands-on technique that provides sustained pressure onto the body’s fascial system - or

connective tissue - to eliminate chronic pain and restore motion by relaxing contracted muscles.

 

Many patients seek myofascial therapy after losing flexibility or function, following a physical injury or simply experiencing pain in any area of the body that contains soft tissue. When people experience physical trauma, scarring or inflammation,
